Some Loot From Amy's Fridge

One happy consequence from Amy's move to Boston was my acquisition of some interesting perishables: Dijon mustard, whipping cream (much to Ed's delight—he pours a little on his morning cereal), fig jam, apple jelly, and marscarpone cheese. Anyone have any thoughts as to what creations I could make with those random and obscure ingredients?

the cream for your new ice cream maker...It is a little scary how easy it is to use. I have already made several batches of ice cream to appease the kids...my thighs however, have not been appeased.
Dijon...hmm, I love dijon and could eat it with almost anything. I smear it on chicken and then bread with some yummy spices of choice and bread crumbs, and bake.
Thats all I can think of...

I always love making homemade ice cream. I have never used mascarpone cheese but wouldn't it go well with the cream? Tiramisu?
